Historic Counties (“the site”) is a small static website. This policy explains, in plain terms, what does and does not happen with your data when you visit.
Nothing directly. We do not run analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, or cookies. We do not ask for your name, email, or any other personal information.
The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches those fonts, Google may receive your IP address and the page that requested them. This is standard for any site using Google Fonts and is governed by Google’s own privacy policy.
Aside from that, the site makes no requests to any other server.
Our hosting provider may keep short-lived server logs containing IP addresses and request paths for the purpose of preventing abuse. These logs are not used to build profiles and are not shared.
Because we hold no personal data, there is nothing to access, correct, or delete. If you have questions, you are welcome to write to us at hello@historic-counties.example.
If this policy changes, the date at the top will be updated. Substantive changes will be noted on the homepage.
